As a Robot Application Algorithm Engineer, you will work with industrial robotic manipulation scenarios such as grasping, assembly, and precision insertion, responsible for robot visual perception, grasp and manipulation planning, closed-loop vision/force-feedback control, and system deployment. Location: Reno, NV preferred; open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities Also Include: Develop robot visual perception systems, including object detection, instance segmentation, object localization, 6D pose estimation, point cloud processing/registration, and grasp pose computation. Using robot motion planning frameworks such as MoveIt/MoveIt2, deliver a complete closed-loop workflow from visual localization to robot execution, including kinematics solving, grasp pose…
