Position Summary The NPDI Services Engineer, Switchgear & Busway is a key service role responsible for planning and executing NPDI programs across complex customer environments. This role owns execution readiness and delivery alignment for programs involving switchgear and busway power management products, ensuring deployment strategies are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with serviceability standards. The role collaborates closely with Engineering, Product Management, Service Operations, Technical Support, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive program success. This includes supporting field execution, and ensuring deployment risks—including failure modes—are proactively identified and mitigated.…
