In this role, you will support safe, compliant, and reliable execution of blending and chemical manufacturing operations for semiconductor patterning materials, including photoresists, anti-reflective/underlayer coatings (BARC/CUL), and ancillary process solutions (EBR, rinses, and thinners). This role provides the day-to-day technical leadership required to improve process capability, safety, quality, reliability, and productivity through strong chemical process engineering, data-driven root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
