The Co-Op Maintenance Technician position is intended for students currently enrolled in the Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) Industrial Maintenance Certificate or related program. This role provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, allowing students to apply classroom learning in mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, control systems, PLCs, and industrial equipment maintenance. The Co-Op Technician will assist the Maintenance and Engineering teams in maintaining production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting basic issues, and learning safe, effective repair practices.
