ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an NPI Engineer with an Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, Process Engineering or Design for Manufacturing background to join our growing Dive-XL team in Quonset Point, RI. The NPI Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that new products and/or new product generations are launched successfully and consistently across our global manufacturing sites. You will own technical knowledge transfer and act as the critical bridge between the design team and production, from the initial NPI/pilot site to rate production facilities, by architecting and executing a bi-directional exchange of operational manufacturing, product and process knowledge.…
