Technical expert responsible for independently identifying, engineering, and optimizing data, reporting, and integration solutions that address critical business needs within Clinical Supply Management (CSM). Serves as the reporting and systems-data subject matter expert for the Clinical Supply Systems (CSS) group — designing and delivering operational reports, metrics, and dashboards from GxP clinical supply systems, engineering and supporting system-to-system integrations with external vendor platforms, and continuously improving the processes and master data that those systems depend on. Additionally serves as Business System Owner for assigned CSM systems, accountable for their ongoing health, change management, business continuity and end-user support.…
