The Role As a Robotics Field Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of keeping our robotic fulfillment system running at peak performance. You'll be part of a team responsible for ensuring steady and high throughput for our fleet of robots through expert diagnostics, troubleshooting, and collaboration with our operations and engineering teams. You'll act as the first line of support, guiding our operations team through critical issues and leveraging data to optimize system performance. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve issues within Nimble's fleet of order-fulfilling robots. Alleviate operational issues by debugging Nimble's robotics and fulfillment software Develop new observability tools to facilitate faster and easier mitigation of production issues.…
