Roblox is looking for a Director of Capacity Planning & Engineering to lead the team responsible for translating platform demand into physical infrastructure reality — from supply-demand modeling and hardware procurement through data center deployment and FinOps. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of infrastructure strategy, operational execution, and software engineering. You will lead a team of approximately 20 people organized across four functional areas and will be responsible for scaling Roblox's infrastructure footprint as it continues to grow rapidly.
