Product Engineer I is responsible for supporting projects to resolve customer and manufacturing issues using data driven structure problem solving methodologies. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities, including data collection, protocol execution, and documentation support for process validation and qualification. This position reports to the Sr. Product Engineering Manager and is part of the Product Engineering Team located in Pensacola, Florida and will be an on-site role. What will you do: Support structured problem-solving activities (5 Whys, basic PSP) by collecting data, documenting findings, and assisting with root cause analysis under guidance.…
