Design mechanical components of endoscopes including: pullwires and transmission components Machined and injection molded components Work with vendors to deliver initial prototypes through production parts Assemble and test early prototypes and use results to improve next round of designs Conduct modeling and simulation tasks of key design elements and use results to inform design Finalize mechanical requirements and specifications for the design Design tooling and fixtures for prototyping and testing Support documentation of designs and test results Generate design concepts for next generation endoscopic devices Required Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years experience designing complex mechanical assemblies Hands-on experience assembling and testing complex mechanical assemblies…
