Drive labor planning, cycle time optimization, and continuous improvement for current and future vehicle programs within Final Assembly, partnering across engineering, production, and skilled trades to build safe, efficient, and well-balanced manufacturing operations. What you'll do… Conduct program planning activities and evaluate the labor impact of current and future vehicle programs. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess new program content, complete labor allocations, and perform MODAPTS time studies to establish accurate cycle times and labor standards. Apply lean manufacturing and waste reduction principles to improve efficiency and support plant Industrial Engineering targets within Final Assembly.…
