Provide hands-on support to the Paint Team in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving process-related issues. Lead and facilitate continuous improvement activities to enhance paint process performance and product quality. Develop, execute, and analyze designed experiments (DOE) to validate process improvements and optimize operating parameters. Monitor, evaluate, and document the effectiveness of implemented changes to ensure sustained improvements and achievement of quality objectives. Utilize data-driven problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement robust corrective and preventive actions. Lead the investigation of paint-related customer and internal quality concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective action development.…
