The Engineer III performs journey to advanced level maintenance, repairs, and support functions in the areas of general maintenance, plumbing, kitchen & refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC, pumps, controls and electrical devices; ensures assigned areas meet the property standard while working with minimum supervision; provides intermediate routine support duties to higher level management staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment. (These function are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position) Performs electrical installation and repair work in wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances; troubleshoots, repairs and maintains all facility lighting…
