The Facilities Engineer II is responsible for maintaining building infrastructure and systems through the execution of repairs, maintenance, and preventative care activities. This role requires the ability to respond effectively to emergency situations while ensuring optimal operational performance of all facility systems and equipment. Respond promptly to emergency situations, including but not limited to fires, power outages, gas leaks, water leaks, and other critical facility incidents requiring immediate intervention. Execute preventative maintenance activities on equipment and machinery in accordance with established maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and longevity.…
