Aeva is seeking to hire a talented and motivated NPI Alignment Engineer to work closely with our design teams and contract manufacturers in developing precision optoelectronic alignment equipment. This person should have in-depth experience in micro-optic assembly techniques and equipment with a heavy emphasis on active alignment. What you will be doing Development from concept to production release of in-house and outsourced active alignment equipment Work remotely and on-site with active alignment equipment manufacturers to solve equipment hardware and process related issues Oversee failure analysis of process and assembly related issues Source and buy-off active alignment required for production Provide DFM feedback to the engineering team and own process related design decisions as…
