Opportunity We are seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join our Core AI team to shape the technical direction of our AI-driven product using the latest techniques in Gen AI, AI agents, and deep learning. This is powered by our Digital Twin AI, which combines Predictive and Generative AI to provide individualized insights and recommendations that improve the health of our members every day. This is a senior technical leadership role for someone who wants to solve hard, ambiguous problems at the system level — not just within a single feature, but across the architecture, tooling, and standards that the whole Core AI team relies on. You'll set technical direction across multiple AI products, mentor senior engineers, and be the person others turn to when a problem doesn't have an obvious owner.…
