Role summary Owns one core HIL regression pillar so the team stops context-switching across all of them. Builds and maintains automated HIL frameworks, dashboards, and CI so component-, module-, and firmware-level validation on the HILs is fast, reliable, and continuous during the V6 push. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain the HIL test environment combining physical hardware (ECUs, sensors, motor controllers) with simulated dynamics for stress and fault-injection testing. Build and maintain automated test frameworks, reporting, dashboards, and the AI analyzer; keep CI jobs on the HILs green. Expand the 30+ module self-tests and improve the associated data pipeline; own regression and smoke test coverage.…
