Our Design Release Engineering team, within the Vehicle Platform Engineering group, is seeking a highly motivated Staff Engineer to own the engineering integration, program management tracking, and cross-functional alignment between Motional’s Autonomous Driving System (ADS) and our vehicle manufacturer (OEM) partner's base vehicle platform. This role serves as the central orchestrator for the end-to-end hardware integration required to marry our autonomous driving technology with the base vehicle. You will ensure robust technical execution, manage OEM and internal technical coordination and milestones, and drive program delivery that meets all performance, cost, and timing objectives.…
