About this job

Beta Technologies is looking for a Materials and Processes Engineer (M&P) to join the team developing and manufacturing vertical takeoff, electric aircraft (eVTOL). The ideal candidate is someone who has M&P experience in aerospace, experience in product development and excellent collaborative skills. The ability to guide design teams, manufacturing teams, and suppliers in the development/manufacturing of the aircraft is essential. The ability to think outside the box and a strong mechanical intuition are important to troubleshoot design challenges and manufacturing issues. As an M&P Engineer you will be required to qualify materials, develop processes, improve manufacturing processes, work with quality, disposition NCR’s, and audit both internal and supplier facilities.…
