About this job

Engineering technicians are critical to the BETA mission, ensuring Electronic Motors (EPU) are designed, built, and tested appropriately to support R&D, flight testing, and other validation needs. As the design develops, engineering technicians will be responsible for rapidly understanding and adjusting to new developments while maintaining quick assembly turnaround. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: • Hands-on assembly or repair of electric motors including redlining engineering drawings and creating build records • Support electric motor testing by taking component measurements, assembling test equipment, installing/removing motors from test equipment, and supporting flight test • Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes in…
