We are seeking a Senior or Staff level Technical Leader to join our team of Harness Engineers. We architect spacecraft-wide harness solutions that span multiple programs, teams, and vehicle configurations - and you could too! You will help us define the standards, conventions, best practices, and automation strategies that will enable us to produce rapid and reliable harness designs and integration efforts across the organization. You will be accountable for program-level delivery outcomes — not just the quality of individual designs, but the consistency, scalability, and velocity of harness engineering across True Anomaly's portfolio. You will help us design reusable patterns and tooling that multiply the effectiveness of every harness engineer on the team.…
