*Do not apply to fixed term and temporary roles YOUR MISSION As an Engineering Manager, eGSE, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of electrical ground support equipment across a program portfolio, setting the technical standard for how we build, scale, and sustain our test infrastructure. You will own rack and enclosure systems from concept through first article, drive standardization across the EGSE portfolio, and serve as a technical anchor for a growing team of engineers and technicians.
