Oversee in-process build verification, issue ticket workflows, as-built verification, and non-conformance management while establishing project goals, priorities, and completion criteria. Develop and improve quality processes by reviewing work instructions, creating corrective action plans, and preparing standardized rework and repair documentation to support Test and Launch operations. Support the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) by collaborating with the QMS team to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures relevant to Test and Launch Quality. Collaborate with Test and Launch, Manufacturing, and Hardware Responsible Engineering teams to resolve quality issues, align priorities, and support program and company objectives.…
