Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field and 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role. Strong foundational knowledge of propulsion systems, mechanics of materials, and thermal-fluid systems to investigate and resolve hardware defects Ability to work with and train technicians in a hands-on hardware environment, writing work instructions, and process plans for complex assemblies, and drive implementation of improvement and corrective actions Vendor management experience including selection, defect disposition, and quality management Proficiency with additive/subtractive manufacturing, precision inspection, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and FEA using Ansys or similar tools Experience with tooling design using Siemens NX or other CAD tools,…
