OVERVIEW Alo is looking for an Engineering Manager, Marketing Technology to lead a team of marketing technologists and engineers responsible for building and scaling the technology that powers customer data, retention, personalization, and cross-channel marketing. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Marketing, and Data, owning the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of our marketing technology ecosystem.
