CIVIL ENGINEER, OFFSITE INFRASTRUCTURE (STARLINK) RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate extensively with external agencies, including Department of Transportation (DOT), utility providers, and local/state/federal entities, to secure approvals, negotiate agreements, and drive project execution for off-site improvements. Develop project requirements, schedules, and cost estimates through collaboration with contractors, fabricators, external stakeholders, and internal clients to ensure alignment and timely results. Oversee the planning and implementation of off-site transportation and utility extensions, including water supply, wastewater conveyance, gas distribution, and related infrastructure, while managing stakeholder relationships to resolve issues and achieve deliverables.…
