Own all development testing activities at a program level, tracking efforts and coordinating with POCs to ensure cross-functional coverage. Communicate test status, results, and technical risk to engineering teams and stakeholders. Improve test infrastructure, automation, and documentation practices. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong engineering foundation in a core discipline such as software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development. 3+ years of experience in testing and verification in support of product design and development. Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and rigorous test procedures for integrated hardware and software systems, with proven success in end-to-end systems testing.…
