Define and manage the integrated test strategy and schedule across an entire program - sequencing test events against hardware availability, software drops, and customer milestones, and driving risk to resolution across engineering and program management. Communicate test status, results, and technical risk to engineering teams and stakeholders. Establish test standards and tooling that scale across programs, and mentor junior engineers in test design and verification rigor. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong engineering foundation in a core discipline such as software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development. 6+ years of experience in testing and verification in support of product design and development.…
