WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead cross-functional engineering teams (RF, hardware, and embedded software) in the design, development, and integration of high-performance Software Defined Radios (SDRs); direct DSP engineers in translating physical layer (PHY) communication algorithms into optimized software and FPGA/firmware implementations. Design and implement advanced wireless communication algorithms and signal processing techniques, including modulation/demodulation (e.g., QAM, OFDM), channel coding (LDPC, Polar), synchronization, equalization, and beamforming for next-generation air interfaces. Develop high-fidelity Modeling and Simulation (M&S) environments in MATLAB/C++ for wireless channel characterization, link-budget analysis, and end-to-end transceiver performance verification, leveraging…
