REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience. A track record of owning designs on a team (professional or otherwise). Real experience managing a BOM and drawings in a PLM tool. Strong CAD skills and the ability to produce high-quality engineering drawings and documentation. Fluency with engineering first principles. Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent corrective action (PCA) for quality improvement. B.S. or higher in an engineering field. U.S. Person status, since this role requires access to export-controlled data. Excitement to work onsite at our headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA the majority of the time!
