• Performing time studies to suggest productivity, efficiency and labor utilization improvements • Develop Operator Standard Work Instructions • Lead and support scrap reduction projects • Participate in Continuous Improvement projects (Kaizens) • Design ergonomically acceptable part presentation material handling devices • Support Supply Chain projects material flow implementation • Identify cost reduction opportunities Compensation & Relocation Our Undergraduate co-ops offer an hourly rate between $18.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the role type and location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines).
