Essential Job Functions Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Collaborate with production staff to identify and implement the most effective manufacturing methods and technologies. Develop and optimize process parameters, tooling, fixtures, and equipment setups to support stable and repeatable production. Lead manufacturing readiness activities for new product launches, including process development, validation, and documentation. Benchmark industry best practices and identify opportunities to integrate advanced manufacturing techniques into the organization.
