As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of software developers to drive some of Robinhood’s most important international launch initiatives. You will be responsible for driving the architecture and execution required to launch crypto and other financial products in new regions, while shaping the reusable systems that make future launches faster, safer, and more scalable. You will guide technical execution, review system architectures, and ensure our services remain highly performant and secure at scale. In this role, you will recruit, mentor, and support the career progression of engineers on your team.
