Establish and maintain efficient labor standards, methods, and process flow across the plant — using time studies, ergonomics evaluations, and value stream mapping to drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and effective manpower utilization in support of production goals. What you'll do… Drive development and installation of direct and indirect labor standards and methods; track labor, manpower utilization, and line balancing. Conduct job ergonomics evaluations and analyze process constraints, including equipment cycle time analysis. Recommend the most efficient distribution of manpower, reviewing daily employee manpower and analyzing plant methods and standards. Prepare or direct the preparation of cost estimates for new or revised methods and standards.…
