New Product Integration (NPI) Engineer

The New Product Integration (NPI) Engineer establishes robust, repeatable manufacturing specifications for all new designs across the development lifecycle. Working alongside NPI Project Leads who manage timelines and project milestones the Engineer provides cross-functional teams with initial routing recommendations, determines manufacturing offsets, and verifies process calculations. Additionally, the Engineer partners with Project Leads to ensure Hard Prototypes and Production Test Runs strictly align with critical requirements defined in the JDIW-supplied CRD documentation. Key Accountabilities Commit to safe work procedures at all times. Adhere to all site-specific safety regulations. Promptly report hazards or incidents to management.…
