This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Senior Tunneling Design Unit Engineer to join our dynamic Transportation team in California. This role will be based in a client office in San Jose. Your Impact Will be Program management staff embedded within the contractor’s design-build team to act as a liaison for a given design unit (DU). Oversee the development of the tunnel lining, precast concrete manufacturing, TBM laydown, muck disposal, and tunneling work plans. Oversees coordination with Contractor’s teams and external parties, such as BART, Caltrans, Caltrain, UPRR, and City of Santa Clara, etc. Integrate into Contractor’s Design Unit teams. Coordinate directly with Contractor’s DU Managers. Be fully aware of all design development progress.…
