Provide daily production support by taking a hands-on approach evaluating defects, working with operators and troubleshooting machines Train operators and write work instructions to document key process steps Support processes including eutectic die attach, wire bonding, epoxy attach, gap welding and PWB surface mount processes Improve processes based on statistical analysis of data and by applying process controls Track metrics and setup systems to ensure continual quality improvements Improve factory layout to optimize throughput and improve efficiency and quality Lead and manage process improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to…
