POSITION SUMMARY The Sustaining Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the Vertiv Americas Services organization by ensuring accurate and efficient parts management within the Oracle ERP system. Core responsibilities include proper configuration of item attributes, extension of parts to Service plants, and support of Change Orders (COs) issued by various Change Analysts. Additionally, this role serves as the Services Manufacturing Engineer (ME) representative on cross-functional COs, supports New Product Development (NPD) Service Readiness initiatives, and performs Change Originator/Analyst duties. RESPONSIBILITIES Support non-standard unit setup by ensuring products are trackable, serialized, and able to transact within the install base at the same level as standard items.…
