Job Description Summary The Field Service Engineer performs on time and accurate Preventative Maintenance in one or more modalities of equipment. The Field Service Engineer is aware of and follows all Field Modification Instructions and/or Instrument Service Information bulletins. Works independently to trouble shoot and perform basic repairs on assigned equipment. Supports more experienced Field Engineers, both onsite and remotely, with installations while learning more complex repairs. Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. This is a remote role that requires the candidate to work onsite at our customer location. To provide onsite customer support, candidates need to reside in Minneapolis / North Western Wisconsin area.…
