The Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for leading a team of value stream engineers in supporting manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement, and delivering strategic business objectives across multiple value streams. This role provides technical leadership for process optimization, capital project execution, and operational problem solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and capacity performance. Working closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional partners, the manager develops engineering strategies that ensure reliable operations and support long-term growth. This position reports to the Director of Engineering and is part of the engineering team located in Logan, Utah and will be an on-site role.…
