Summary The New Process Introduction Engineer is a motivated and energetic contributor responsible for the technology transfer and industrialization of new processes into manufacturing. This role focuses on transferring processes from a sister facility in France, ensuring smooth implementation while optimizing performance, yield, and efficiency. The engineer will lead process optimization efforts, working cross‑functionally to stabilize and improve new technologies as they are introduced into production. Experience with chemical deposition processes is highly desired, enabling effective troubleshooting and continuous improvement in advanced manufacturing environments.
