Supplier Quality Development Engineer – Seals (SQDE Seals) focuses on rubber, plastic, or metal sealing components to prevent leakage and failures. Ensures process standardization with respect to launch programs by supporting SQDE projects principally in Magna Powertrain (MPT) North America (NA). The individual will ensure compliance while focusing on flawless launch initiatives for MPT NA Programs. Key Responsibilities: Review and approval of all quality documentation before supplier release. Conduct various supplier-related audits on potential, new and current suppliers to Magna Powertrain: Supplier Capability Assessments, Run-at-Rates, Manufacturing Capability Audits, Control Plan Audits, etc., and take necessary actions as required.…
