Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to support our production operations by improving processes, reducing downtime, and enabling efficient, high-quality manufacturing. This role is hands-on, working closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure stable, optimized, and safe manufacturing processes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost. Implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause problem‑solving methodologies. Support new product launches, engineering changes, and line transitions—including process layout, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plan updates.…
