Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack hands-on Engineer to be part of the Banking Technology team delivering best in class technology solutions to help the Banking organization achieve their business goals. The candidate will design and deliver enterprise-grade web applications, leveraging AI development agents (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, Cursor) to accelerate delivery and raise engineering standards. This role demands end-to-end technical ownership, hands-on delivery, and the ability to lead and coach within small, high-autonomy squads.
