Quality Manager __ The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite Your role and responsibilities: The Quality Engineer is responsible for leading and executing quality assurance activities across product, process, and manufacturing operations to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This role ensures compliance with internal and external quality standards while improving key performance metrics such as First Pass Yield (FPY), Scrap, Warranty, Defect rates. The position supports quality activities across winding, assembly, and machining operations, partnering closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve complex problems, reduce variation, and improve overall product quality and reliability.…
