This role is an onsite in Richmond, Virginia and supports the Critical Power Group. Our product portfolio includes Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and power conditioning solutions designed for mission-critical applications. You will be mainly accountable for: Developing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges through research, analysis, and validation. Documenting designs, test results, and engineering activities to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Contributing to intellectual property development and supporting project-level IP initiatives. Providing technical leadership during design reviews and mentoring junior engineers on design best practices and compliance requirements.…
