Utilize SAP to create/update routings, search BOM's, and evaluate product configurations. Engineer and implement manufacturing solutions including new processes, work cells, test fixtures, and jigs to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Design and enhance facility and production layouts to support new product introductions, streamline workflow, and maximize operational effectiveness. Improve workplace safety and ergonomics by conducting work cell assessments and implementing corrective actions that reduced risk and enhanced operator performance.
