Design and Reliability Manager __ In this role, you will focus on hands on failure analysis to improve product quality and reliability. You will provide root cause analysis. You will work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team of engineers and cross functional support teams to support & improve VFDs (variable frequency drives). The work model for the role is: On-Site in New Berlin, WI. This role support the Motion Drive Products Division. Your role and responsibilities: Provide root cause analysis for both factory and field failures of low voltage (120V-600V) VFDs. Thoroughly and professionally documenting the analysis investigations and root cause categorization in a database.…
