Test Engineer POSITION OVERVIEW: Test Engineer for New Product Introductions (NPI) in our Dallas location. As a part of our Test Engineering team, the Test Engineer will define the Test strategy and testability during the new product development for DC-DC converters, e-fuses, ideal diodes, load switches. You will be responsible for the test program and hardware development and work closely with the design architect and site engineer during the project. You ensure that the test solution is released to production and supports volume ramp-up. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Development of ATE test programs and hardware, with basic circuit design background Responsible for the quality of the test program and test yield Responsible for the introduction and release of the testing in the production sites…
