Your work will improve the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of technology supporting semiconductor production worldwide. You will join the Mechatronics and Controls Engineering team in San Diego, Ca and help ASML advance lithography technology through practical, scalable engineering solutions. Role and Responsibilities In this senior role, you will own technically complex solutions from early research through integration and qualification. You will guide engineers, coordinate across disciplines, and balance technical quality with timely delivery.
